Data privacy

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are raised on my pages, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by email) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

1. Cookies

   Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make my offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.
   
   Most of the cookies I use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable me to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
   
   You can set your browser in following ways: 1. You get informed about the setting of cookies and you allow the setting of cookies only in individual cases, 2. You activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser, and 3. You deactivate the setting of cookies in your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

2. Server Log Files

   The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me. These are:
   
   
   • Browser type and browser version
   • Operating system used
   • Referrer URL
   • Host name of the accessing computer
   • Time of the server request
   • IP address
   
   These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. I reserve the right to subsequently check this data if I become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

3. SSL encryption

   In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, I use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking, restriction of processing or deletion of this data. You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. They may also invoke their right of objection (Art. 21 DS-GVO). You can contact me at any time at the address given in the imprint for this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Scope and changes of this data privacy policy

This data protection declaration applies exclusively to the use of the Internet pages offered by me. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers to which I merely refer by means of a link. I reserve the right to amend the above data protection provisions from time to time in line with future changes with regard to the collection and processing of personal data.
